Wide Range Application - Works with 85% Systems: Our thermostat supports Single Stage 1 Heat and 1 Cool HVAC systems. Compatible with Gas or Oil Heat, Electric Furnaces, Heat Pump without Aux Heat, and Cool/Heat only System (Floor or Wall Furnaces). Note: It does not support 110V/220V systems. Before purchasing, refer to #4 main image for wiring diagrams. Our thermostat only supports conventional systems and heat pump systems with up to 6 wires (RC, RH, C, G, W/O/B, Y). RC and RH indicate cooling and heating power, C is the C wire, G is the fan switch, Y is the cooling switch, W is the heating switch, and O/B is the heat pump changeover valve. Take a photo of the wire connections and label each wire with sticky tags.
24VAC Power Supply Required - Important! A C-wire is crucial and serves as the primary power source. Our thermostat does not support battery power. Without a C-wire, the thermostat will not power up (e.g., the LCD will not light up), rendering it unusable. Check if your home has a C-wire installed or if a C-wire power adapter is needed. C-wires and adapters are sold separately.

Easy Operation and Reliable Performance - Enjoy a user-friendly experience with the 6.8 sq. inches backlit digital display. Designed for long-lasting performance, our Wi-Fi thermostat offers reliable temperature control.
Extra C Wire - If you don't have a C wire, check if an extra wire can act as a C wire. It might be pushed into the wall or wrapped around the wire bundle. Connect this unused wire to the C terminal on the new thermostat and the other end to the C terminal on the control board of your heating/cooling system.
